The apartment consists in an old style room, spacious and well maintained, with a vintage bed and a living room with a sofa bed.
The kitchen and the bathroom with shower are recently renovated. The independent entrance leads to an outdoor area equipped with deckchairs, sun umbrellas and a table.

Tramontana

The apartment is located on the ground floor with mountain views and has a outdoor terrace equipped with a table and umbrella.
Composed of a comfortable sleeping area with double bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The independent entrance leads to an outdoor area equipped with deckchairs.

Ponente is divided on two levels, the upper floor consists of a comfortable sleeping area, while the lower floor houses a bright living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower.

The apartment consists of a large space on two levels. The upper level consists of a spacious and equipped kitchen; the sleeping area, on the lower level instead houses a comfortable wrought iron double bed.
There is also a finely restored bathroom with a large shower. The independent entrance leads to an outdoor area equipped with deckchairs, sun umbrellas and a table.

Maestrale

The apartment is on two levels. The lower level contains the living area and the equipped kitchen; the upper level houses the sleeping area with a large double bed and modern accessories.
As in all the accommodations, there is a finely restored bathroom with shower.
Through the independent entrance you access an outdoor area equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas and a table.

we wish to inform you, pursuant to article 13 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), that the processing ofyour personal data will take place with correctness and transparency, for lawful purposes and protecting your privacyand your rights.

The treatment will also be carried out with the aid of computerized means for the following purposes:

1. to fulfill the obligation set out in article 109 of the Royal Decree 18.6.1931 n. 773, which theresends to register and communicate to the Police Headquarters the personal details of the clients accommodated;
2. to comply with the administrative, accounting and tax laws in force;
3. to carry out the function of receiving messages and telephone calls addressed to you;
4. to speed up the registration procedures in the event of subsequent stays at our farm holidays;
5. to send you our promotional messages and updates on rates and offers;

We also wish to inform you that the provision of your data for the treatments referred to in points 1 and 2 is mandatory,and in case of refusal to provide them, do not host you in our hotel.
If you want the treatments referred to in points 3, 4 and 5 to be carried out, you must instead provide us with yourconsent. The consent may in any case be subsequently revoked by opposing the treatments.

If you don't plan to bring them with you, you can request bed linen and towels. Each set includes pillowcases, double sheets, and towels for two people (two large bath towels, two face towels, and two small towels) and costs €45.
